The Black Gum Swamp Loop Trail is one of several trails to choose from in Fox Forest in southern/central NH. You can make it to the swamp and turn right back, or continue along the trail, extending your loop for up to several miles.

 

It’s a moderate hike; not too steep or difficult but takes some effort on certain areas.
